I noticed that Ginger Savely is one of the 13 contributors, and of course she is well known for treating Morgellons as well.
I didn't recognize any of the other names, though I don't follow Lyme literature. At least one is a homeopath - so it looks like this is a well balanced treatise on Lyme treatment.
I wonder how many others of these 13 also see Morgellons patients? I guess calling them all next week would keep me busy...
