ohcherry, I try to be outside as much as possible too. The sun provides natural vitamin D. I live in a very dry climate at 7,500 ft altitude. So opposite of Hawaii or England.
I always wear sunglasses!
I also wear soft contact lenses which requires saline solution every day. I wonder if this is why
I've never had problems with my eyes? Does anyone else out there who wears soft contacts have problems with their eyes?
This "morgellons" is so complex. I hope we can figure it out soon!
