YES: "WHY DON'T YOU KILL YOURSELF IF YOU FEEL THAT BAD. YES, GO ON KILL YOURSELF." OH, AND NOT EVEN IN THE SURGERY BUT THE WAITING ROOM!! I'd love to name her here but I think site protocol would prevent it!
