I responded to you in my original post that you responded to...

A few months ago I got very ill with a sinus infection and a candida infection after some antibiotics. This tipped me off to something being VERY WRONG with me. I also started noticing a lot of "dust" flying around me and fibers coming off my hair. My husband kept telling me everything was just lint. After some cleansing (olive leaf + a colonic), I started seeing rashes and started feeling the crawling and biting sensations on me. I was taking epsom salt baths and this would relieve some of the symptoms, but I also noticed a film on my skin, which I thought was candida, but it would always come back if I managed to wash it off.

I did not see black and white specks (I get little black threads too) come out of my skin until after a second colonic. After this second colonic, all of my rashes disappeared and after rubbing lotion into my skin, I saw all of the specks surface... I realized that these were probably there all along, but if it wasn't for the baths and creams I was already using on my skin, I probably would have gone a lot longer without noticing.
Now that I know they are there, I am doing everything I can to get them out.. they usually don't come to the surface of the skin unless I am doing something specifically... like taking salt, or pau d'arco herbs, or parasite herbs, or purging baths, etc. Now that I've been doing this awhile, it takes stronger herbs or baths to see them. I usually will not spontaneously shed the specks - they won't surface unless I'm specifically doing something to bring them up out of the skin.
This may not be your case, but for some people, the lesions are sitting below the skin, and only when purging these things out do they appear.

You could also just have some sort of mite? and it might not be morgellons at all.

I think you should follow some of the treatment protocols here and see if you get relief. All of us do not share the same symptoms. We hope that a cure will be found soon.
