 Kmar- Narcistic people

When people are Narcistic they don't care about anyone but themselves, even to the point of family. All they care about is getting what they want no matter who or what it may hurt.
Many counselors do not like to work with people who are Narcistic because there is NO way to get through to them. THEY are always right. That is how they feel and they are manipulative, lie, cheat, anything to get whatever. They always put themselves first. No matter what.
I have experienced this first hand with a family member. It is going on 9 years that we have talked to each other. I finally made the decision it wasn't healthy for me to put myself in a situation any longer where the other person acts and treats me as if they were much better than me, and the whole world is centered around them and only cares about them. Per she/he I was a "nothing".
The really bizarre thing about this is there are some people who can't see through a Narcistic person and fall all over them. The N person preys on them for pity, support, etc., and the N person gets it. They just love the N person and don't even think about the person laying in a casket. This is a scenario I have witnessed.
