I wonder what these wise men think when they are actually doing stuff like spraying small areas or citys with pathogens, or using our military for radioactive fallout and blast results, shooting radioactive fluids into peoples veins because they don't know what it will do (they did this to young and old people, known fact in the fiftys), how about using black men as syphilis test subjects without telling them.
