Hi mmarsha -
I am new to this site as well. You are absolutely not alone. I only discovered this a few days ago. I am still trying to process all of this and all I can think right now is: THIS IS HELL. I know what you mean about "ya know". I had those thoughts this weekend... all my dreams feel crushed. It is so surreal.
But there are *so* many examples of people out there who have tremendously improved. Just keep up the fight!
The other positive thing is there is so much information out there from caring people willing to share what worked for them that we can benefit from... and then you have the good people on this forum looking for the cure.... |
