Is that positive or negative - or just a little bit? The doctor never did comment.
The paperwork says:
PROCEDURE - Lyme Antibody, RESULT - 0.12, UNITS - Liv (liver), REF RANGE - 0.00 - 1.20
REFERENCE INTERVAL Borrelia Borgdorfei - b.s. Total by ELISA |
Hey Kam,
I remember you asked about this earlier and I have been intending to look up all about the antibody numerical implications. I intend to become a semi-expert on Lyme disease. Can't wait around forever for the doctors to get their heads out of their arses, can we? And when you speak to the doctor in charge of the lab headquarters in a particular State, and she doesn't even know that the technical term for Lyme is Borrellia bergdorferi, nor do a few other doctors I spoke to.......and this State being number 2 among Lyme infested ticks and other vectors.....we are in deep kaka unless we research on our own.
