Default So what ARE those white seed things in the lesions?

I'm sure this has been asked and answered, but I can't find it and mods, if this is the wrong place feel free to move, edit whatever.
So you know those white seed things that are in the lesions? What the heck are they? Are they growing on a blood vessel? They definitely seem to be attached to one. Why are they so reactive? Why will they recoil back inside if you don't get a hold of it. Why does pulling them out seem to make my lesions finally begin to heal? Are they alive? Mine are all different sizes. The big ones are really hard to pull out, and bleed a LOT. But then stops bleeding really suddenly. They seem to excrete some sticky stuff which forms that crazy callus. Do we know what these things are called? There are so many brilliant minds here. Surely you guys have solved this mystery. I'm very new here.
