Let the hot water run full blast before taking a shower or bathing for atleast 2 minutes.....IMO bathing isn't a good idea at all.....I wouldn't be fond of bathing in fungus or bacteria if you ask me even with added Epsom Salts or
Baking Soda or stuff like that. So I only take showers what worked out the best for me.
