iHow do we keep/maintain the healthy bacteria (that covers our skin and is in our intestines) that fights the bad bacteria?
Oprah and Dr. Oz discussed this subject yesterday and said that taking an anti-biotic can kill natural, healthy bacteria that fights off infections, leaving the door open to MRSA infection, the "superbug".
Advice is wash your hands often. If you go to a gym, wash your work-out clothes after each time you exercise. If you are in the hospital, don't let your guests sit on your bed and have them wash their hands before they touch anything in your room. If they bring presents or flowers, beware... don't touch!
What a tangled web we weave (again).
In the white light,
