How did I get to a sponge? that creates glass silica?

I just went thru the steps in HOW I research - I went from "common water organism", in bold I highlighted what that article was sending me to - I went to 'Crustaceons" after that - then to the parasites... and that lead me to sponges... AFTER, I had eliminated the salmon one. The reason I eliminated the salmon one?... I need to look to tell you why.

I'm streamlining how I'm getting from A to Z...
