well probabely yes because all organic fibres are carbon based , but also the nanotechtubes and so , that means that its hard to see a different , that is why so many doktors say that it is like a fiber of textile or a hair , because the composition is in fact the same , carbon nanotubes and wires also can be grown, and nanoeclectronics is in fact composed with organic material , so and i can be many variations on carbon hydroxite and oxigen , because all biosystems have this a a base , i did not find anything specific or surprising on the fibres , if i do , i will post it .
