I want to say some of the BEST healthiest food I could get was from a kindly German market in Colorado Springs. Here in TN it is an Arab market they are nice to me there. Many ethnic markets offfer very natural good nourishing real food because they want to take care of their people and even folks like me and this is a good thing.

Oh I have to post this in any anti Monsanto GMO based thread I see. Why because I do not like Monsanto either they want to put the small farmer out of business and care more about profit than consumer awareness and choice let alone their health.

That we have our choice in what we eat is protected. They have MANY automatic e petions you can sign aganst GMO'S and other nefarious activities an the right of consumers and organic farning are protected.
