Hi again,

Try to find organic ingredients and prepare several meals at one time. Freeze individual portions and don't forget to reheat the meals in glass containers. Plastic containers, zip-locks, and aluminum foil contain toxins which make the "Morgellons" a nice little meal. Seriously!

Adapt you recipes using organic, non GMO foods.

Look in the frozen food section for organic meals.

Meat balls...

organic or free range chicken with salad.

organic potato salad with chicken, celery......

peanut butter with "home-made" jam (berries are great antioxidents), even better is local honey!

Lots of sunshine so you get plenty of natural vitamin D.

Avocados

Walnuts

Got to go!!! I'm getting hungry

In the white light,
~jonsi
