Hi Kelly.... just writing in sympathy... it's so horrid when your pets have it and you see them suffering...at least you now seem to have a sympathic and good vet. I think vets are much better on the whole than doctors... I'm sure you're doing all the right things. When my cats and dog had it, I put the DT earth in their food every day, in fact still do. Cats are more difficult because you can't give them a bath, but you can rub the dt earth into the fur...Anyway, keep up with .drontal...(you can get another wormer which also kills mites ) but can't remember what it's called. Your vet would know.
