I get it at the health food store. It is supposed to be kept refrigerated or frozen, so I'd be skeptical of having it shipped unless they can guarantee that it is kept cold in the shipping.
Don't forget that the 35% is more than 10 times stronger than peroxide you buy in the stores (3%). If you get even a drop on you, it will burn a hole through your skin.
HANDLE WITH CARE. I had a nevus burned off with 35%.
If you are planning to use it internally, then do get the food grade. If it is for bath, cleaning, etc, the store stuff is fine. You can get a quart for about 80 cents at Walmart.
I use the Opaline Solutions Dry Oxy Caps which are supposed to achieve the same results by infusing the body cells with extra oxygen. I've been taking them for a year.
