My! its good to hear from you MJ, I wonder how you are from time to time. What are you doing now and how are the boys?

I watched a documentary on North American lake flys a couple of weeks ago, and how they rise up in their millions at certain times of the year. And have the ability to learn!

I'm convinced flys are a major part of the Morgellons affliction. Time will tell.

I wear a moisturiser with something sticky in it, when I'm amongst people. Like something with liquid petroleum or glycerin in, or nappy cream (for the bees wax) - to reduce the fibres and debris from becoming airbourne.

I remember you being the first person I'd 'met' that made others itch. You brought back some of my sanity ;O) Still the case with the itchin? or just sneezing now?

- If anybody can relate with any fly issues or finds small flies in the house for no apparent reason, please save them if you can.

I only realised that I had fly problems after 2 years of seasonal discoveries.

With love and big hugs MJ

Jo xxx
