Default Morgellons Lesion Care

As I stated in another post I have been busy trying to get a lesion to heal.

It started out 6 inches long on my right forearm and one inch wide. I have tried numerous things on it. DMSO, GSE, MMS, iodine, palmolive oxy, bactine antiseptic.

Recently I tried SSD cream which I have used to heal lesions before. The hard crust is dissolved and it is now two smaller lesion areas however I have one problem: what I call "gooseflesh". Although no hard crust no longer inflamed it has white sharp things in it makes it look like gooseflesh.

Any suggestions? It has been awhile since I have had to fight a lesion like this and never one this big. It is getting smaller but hope not at a standstill with it.
