sadsak, i get pains in my shoulders, hands and wrists- but i think it may have something to do with the amount of time it takes to get the big painful blobs out of my face when they are pushing out (gross, i know)... it also could have something to do with lack of sleep, or restless sleep. i toss and turn from the pain of this crud, and I wake up feeling like i got my behind whooped in my sleep :-O
