 glitter
I don't know about glitter & fleas, but it seems most everyone reports seeing the glitter. I've only seen it a few times, but then again I don't like to look too closely at anthything.
Funny story, a year ago I was very interested in these and wanted to magnify one. Well, I was driving on a sunny day and a green one was on my extended arm. I hoped it wouldn't fall off before I pulled off the road to look at it with the magnifier I had with me.
Well, I made it, and only after setting myself did I realize that it was a piece of glitter that fell off the Christmas card I had just bought! It was too big, was round, and matched the card that I had in a little bag with me.
I guess all that glitters is not gold, or "glitter" for that matter.
