Hilly,
I hope that guy is on a steady dose of antibiotics, doing that fun thing he does of letting ticks get under his skin.
So much for having lunch for a while now.
We either have it in our skin from being pushed out through our pores by our immune systems, or our skin is used to deposit larvae as incubater for growing full term, or we've attracted something which lives in skin and is quite comfortable feeding off of us, thankyouverymuch, or whatever. Our skin being an organ of the body, it serves so many functions.
Sigh. the more we learn, the more confusing it becomes to me.
