CASTOR OIL (ugh)
First, let me tell you my experience with castor oil. I was a sugar freak as a kid and stopped my plumbing up continually every chance I got. The one saving grace is that I was physically extremely active and loved fresh fruit. But.....when I got sick, my great Aunt Kay (I've told you about her) would give me either castor oil or an enema (ouch) neither was fun. Castor oil grossed me out more than you can imagine.
