I think the cyanocobalmin is the least useful and the cheapest and most common form. The body does not really process it the least beneficial form. A molecule of cyanide as well. So another form of B12 might be a better option or derived from food sources. Although synthetic I plan on getting the first type the long acting B12 (hydroxocobalamin) shot on the 9th of Nov. Seems to be a slightly better option than a nasty flu shot which makes alot of people sicker. The coenzyme seems like a good choice. Certain types of B vitamins you can only take so much of.
