Thanks for this excellent post, Beverly. It's is so comforting to have a real-life doctor on the board! I was particulary drawn in by your heading "remission is the objective, not complete cure." I am on an Aruyvedic protocol and about 95% symptom-free, with a bit more to go with my eyes and scalp. (For the past 6 weeks I've been expelling worms like crazy -- didn't even know I had worms before I started seeing this doctor.) Do you know of a lot of people who are in remission, and how long they've enjoyed remission? And is it too soon to know if anyone has been completely cured? Remission is sounding REALLY heavenly to me right now. Thanks Beverly! Mary |
