good girl, Nat! I won't give you 'time out' even if you need one tomorrow

...
I gotta tell ya...I had been having panic attacks and scared, sick feelings, a lot lately. In just the short time I found this information about vit B's I began to take more b12 and b6 and haven't had any major attacks. small, teensy, uh-oh here it comes feeling, but then....nope. I don't know how the b's accomplish this, and don't know how much people need or how long it takes to actually settle in to do the work, or any of the particulars, but B's are water soluable vitamins, so you'll pee out what your body doesn't need..just like vitamin C. I wouldn't go overboard, but no one REALLY knows how much of the B's and C's one can take. Linus Pauing is a hero IMO. I wish he were still alive. He is known for his vit C mega theory, but in actuality he was an amazing scientist known for work in DNA and more as well. If I'll listen to anyone, it would be him.
Champagne and cheesecake sound AWESOME! GO FOR IT! (but not too much or I WILL give you a time out, young lady :-)
love you back,
Kritts
