I was the same and now getting SOME energy back, but have to take daily naps. Up 'til two years ago, I used to work out 7 am, then later in the day hit a tennis ball against the warmup wall for an hour or ride my bike. I was full of energy and couldn't even imagine being lethargic. Boy was I in for a rude awakening. Now I try to get exercise in and realize I'll be tired later in the day. It's really important to force yourself to exercise. Walking or biking. What really helps is jammin' music. Play anything you can that you really love and you know gets you moving.
