Mmm glad its not just me.For a long time I have had the habit of putting bills and things on one side and totally forgetting about them-(I expect lots in England are like that now with the price hikes.)In fact I forget just about everything.I was organised once upon a time.....
I did realise awhile ago it must be the morgs so I now look on this as a tug of war for my brain.And they WILL NOT WIN,no one but no one controls my brain except me.Certainly not these things.Fight it folks.Fight it.
I have had severe depression of late,don't want to go anywhere or even talk to people.Have had inner rages at nothing and the language has become most profane.But I have started taking a supplement from Hollland & Barrett and it seems to be calming me down hopefully think its called Busy B its mainly vitamins from B group so I added it to the other 24 I'm taking.There is a def.improvement. |
