Jo~you posted some great info!

My kitties are old (16+ years).

These are the symptoms I have noticed:

-Itching and scratching
-Sudden erratic movements - as if something has bitten them
-Twitching muscles in sleep
-Static hair and greater hair lose
-Dry, pale hairs growing from coat
-White particles in coat
-Small fibres coming out of coat
-Shedding of splintered claws (cats) *yes! I find cat nails all aver the place!


Because of their age I won't give them anything internally. I do spray them (along with the rest of my house and daughter and me) with eco-vie and bug arrest. It really does help.

A good air filter is necessary in combating the floating fibers. I have a couple of ionic-pro air filters.
