Kritters - go to your doctor/clinic/hospital you've had any appointments with and ask for all records for whatever time period you want. Here they charge about 25 cents a page. It cost me $30 and it says everything in them. I couldn't believe how they even described my appearance, personality and income level. You'd probably be shocked at what is in your records. I know I was pretty pissed and am searching for new doctors now. It's worth the money to see what all the doctors see as the records get passed around. Take care all! |
