I read this article a few years ago. I don't think they specified the specific tick involved. When I first began my research on these insects that were bugging me. I found that most symptom were related to tick bite in many ways. The flushed appearance being an allergic reaction to tick bite and the tick paralysis causing motor disorder. I'm not an entomologist but I know most of the insects now that attack man. WTG |
