Benicar is supposed to be taken 40mg three or four times a day. If u want to stay by the protocol you avoid all sunlight and as much light (artifical or real) entering your eyes as you can stand, also avoid foods with vitamin D. Dr Marshall beleives normal or high vitamin D levels can cause low level inflamation which masks certain bacteria from the immune system.
