Hello,
I agree. I have had Rhizomes as my theory all along. The cordgrass from California has been genetically altered and blended with cordgrass from the atlantic and gulf coast shore lines to help preserve the coast line in the bay area of SanFranscisco.

Now growth is out of control............ they are digging it up making sure to get "all the root system" as it differs from just regular tree roots. They are taking it an burying in and covering it up in plastic trying to keep it from infecting more people. Experiement went amock!
