I got an outbreak last night and it got worse tonight.
I thought it was a food reaction but I couldnt figure out what I ate.

It wasn't what I ate...

Spicy V8 juice was the common thing both days, and I hadnt had any in AGES.

I felt my scalp was almost totally healed then, whamo!

I'd have to try it again to see if that is really the cuase..
