Thats interesting because I started black light experimenting yesterday! I might have overdone it on ebay, as the tubes 24". Thinking of setting up a night club now.
I'll think about your camera issue - Steve, any thoughts?? Is it a digital SLR camera? You might be able to switch it to manual to stop it closing
depending on the make etc? Guessing here

Shouldnt look directly at the UV, which is hard not to in the mirror etc. I tried wearing sunglasses, but was a big health and safety issue in the dark!!
I'm just working out the clothes they cling to the most. Also I want to UV my friends to see what they look like.
Thought about turning on the hoover in the dark to see what stuff comes out the vents. Not healthy to get carried away with this though!! Chickened out!

Hibiscrubs great for cleaning follicles. Also, how about that shampoo that Seasprite mentioned?? Sounded good.
Bacillus licheniformis, subtilis, Cyanobacterium - I keep finding the same rod shaped 'something' under my scope.
