He told me to put a bandaid on it and come back in 6 wks. He then did a biopsy and 3 wks later they called to say that I had atypical/precancerous cells. He shot it with liquid nitrogen. I still have issues when I talk on the cell phone too much. I am not sure if this post helps, but previously his biopsy on my hand with lesions when I was REALLY sick showed NOTHING according to him. That was back when I was sure it was scabies.

I want this to get better. I am tired of everyone coughing and scratching around me.

Hi Melissa,
So, they biopsied your ear when it was swollen etc. with the bullseye rash. Did they come up with anything? (sorry if I'm not getting all this right?) Then 7 mos. later (I'm assuming the swelling, pus, rash, etc.) was gone then, but you were still sensitive in your ear) when the (different) doctor saw you and said it was nerves. Put a bandaid on it, (I'm guessing it looked raw then) and then who gave you the test for Lymes that came back positive? Which doctor was that? So then what did he say when it was obvious he missed it?

And you still go to this idiot?

As far as his 'diagnoses' of ATYPICAL pre-cancerous cells......I'd get a second opinion. Probably a 3rd and 4th, but would check for some better doctors first. what's an ATYPICAL pre-cancerous cell anyway....does he know? What the hell makes it ATYPICAL??? possibly because it isn't pre-CANCEROUS but something he doesn't recognize or understand?

I'm sorry Melissa if I'm being over-bearing here but I'm feeling like my fellow Morgies are my family at this point and I'm getting sick to death of these incompetent assholes who are playing with our lives as if we are part of a quiz show.

Atypical pre-cancerous cells to me are kind of saying "you have a uterus, so you MAY be pregnant. Come back in 4 months and I'll see if your belly looks larger".

grrrr.
