 Staph Aureus
The dermatologist did a swab sample of the lesions on my head.
He said it was staph arues (not the MRSA kind) I have done lotions, cremes,
and two different anti-biotics. Some got a -little- better.
I have asked him to send me the pathology report so I can see it for myself.
My lesions have hard "layers" he said yes, that staph does that. I said I have
had them for quite a while.
Has anyone else had their lesions "cultured" and come back positive for
staph infection?
Has anyone had systemic staph infection?
I am on a course of agressive antibiotics. So agressive though, that I
think it has affected my gut and given me a heart burn which is quite
painful, not burning feeling per se, but a feeling of tightness in my chest.
I'm calling the doc again tomorrow.
Please let me know if you have been dx with staph.
