yes baronster, i know about cosmetics ad urea, put in oil of olay and what it is. as far as my diet, not pure, but not horrible. i eat alot of organic fruits and veggies local grown. i eat some stuff, but some stuff know i cannot tolerate. i canopt stop my meds either, the risk of crippling too high. but eve with this flawed state, if works for me, will for anybody. if not, well then can be source good chuckle or retry as close as i can do to what you are doing. i also am not advising anybody to follow my lead. but if look at the links attached, there is relevance to what saying as far as scat, no even i have my limits.
