i have shed all kinds of scary stuff even pupa cases. however you can get beyond the insect stage. look at my bath tips. might be helpful. i know this is scary stuff but evil is always flashy like a bad magician. you CAN beat this bug thing, and get more of your life back. of course a bumpy ride and lots of ups and downs. see, good is much more subtle but much stronger. good will squash evil.
