but imagine a stair stepper that goes around in a circle , not up and down.
I hate to admit this but when I first started I could only do 5 minutes and I was winded and woozy and felt like I might have a heart attack

but each day I added a minute or so and now I can do 30 to 45 minutes pretty easily, the human body is amazingly adaptable.
So anyone who thinks they cant excersize is probably wrong........you just have to take it slow and dont give up
