Well, at one time I did live in Hawaii, and I remember distinctly the smell of ammonia in the "fresh" mainland chickens. Mmmm, yummy. Why I bought most of my food frozen, except for the local fruits which were really good: payapa, pinapple and most of all those apple bananas.
