long before morgellons, i attended cosmetology school, know sounds dumb but leared some handy things related to this disease. when they taught us how to give facials, we were told to tell the client that would improve skin, but impurities do come to the surface,will improve but actualy ca look worse for a time, like what was dirty underneath in order for the face to really become smooth and pretty after time. make sense? this disease likes to fight back, you give it another punch
