Default Hulda Clark formulas u can make at home

Maybe someone has posted these pages already, but if not I think they may interest those who would like to try herbs for themselves which could help kidney/liver function. There is a lot on the site. One thing that is mentioned which is a money saver is cooking the herbs to make the formula, then freeze the cooked herbs and recook to make another batch. Just use less water the next time to make a smaller amount. In TCM we get a batch of herbs to make three cups of tea. We add nine cups of water to the dry herbs and cook down to three cups of liquid after the cooked herbs are strained out. Next time it is seven to two. This is only an example as the herb formulas given here seem to have different directions. Just to give you an idea of how it may be done.

So in case these pages have escaped your notice I am posting them here as making herbal teas is not excessively expensive. Teas are stronger than taking capsules. A good company to buy Western organic herbs in bulk is:

They have excellent service in my experience. Something to keep in mind about herbs: the best results from herbs come from buying the best quality that is available. There are other good herbal companies on the internet. The one above just happens to be one I have ordered from in the past.

The Clark site web pages with herbal formulas follows below. FYI when it says parts of herbs that means to measure by weight, so if you have 6 parts, 4 parts, 3 parts, you could make 6oz, 4oz, 3oz etc. to mix up the batch, or if you want to make a bigger batch you could use 12 oz, 8oz, 6 oz and so on. It is the ratio of herbs to each other which remains the same. How much you mix up by weight at one time is up to you. Worth the trouble to make your own herbal formulas as it saves a lot of money:

Other pages on this site may be helpful although you may not want to buy the products mentioned for the bowel program, liver flush, parasite cleanse from them as you may be able to find them less expensively elsewhere (also pushing the buttons leads to a German site, weird). Something to also to keep in mind if you are trying to save money, there are empty capsules and capsule machines where you can make your own capsules and save money by buying bulk herbal powders. About the HCl drops, I do not know what they are, so I suggest omitting. Sounds like a chemical. Also I would hesitate strongly doing liver flush on my own as I have heard of people getting stones caught in liver and then requiring surgery.

Always store herbal teas in the refrigerator and use within a few days or freeze for later use if you cannot use all of it within a few days--if it bubbles around the top it is fermenting and should be discarded. You may warm again when using, especially if you are cold temperature wise. It just easier to digest than drinking cold (especially if older). The Chinese seem to feel it is okay to reheat herbal teas in the microwave for 30 seconds or so. Just make sure not to let herbs boil strongly, when reheating or when making the tea. Some oils are volatile and will be lost if the tea is boiled vigorously. Some people believe comfrey root may damage the liver so it may not be put into purchased formulas in the US though it may still be bought in bulk. Some herbalists still add their own to formulas as they believe the adverse effects are mitigated by the fact that it is not the only herb in the formula.

http://www.herbsfirst.com/DrCformulaCatalog.html:

*Concerning the warning label on comfrey:

The FDA is requiring all the herb companies put a warning label on any product that has comfrey in it. The label says the following:

Warning: External use only. Consuming this product can cause serious liver damage. This product contains Comfrey. Comfrey contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids, which may cause serious illness or death. This product should not be taken orally, used as a suppository, or applied to broken skin. For futher information contact the FDA at http://www.cfsan.fda.gov

It is true that there are pyrrolizidine alkaloids in comfrey. Dr. Christopher taught and believed that herbs should be used in their entirety. He believed that the body is able to deal with small amounts of toxins in the herbs when the whole herb is used. Whole herbs are used in the formulas. No research was done by the FDA concerning the use of whole herbs - only that pyrrolizidine alkaloids alone cause liver damage.

Here is an additional link to the FDA site concerning the use of comfrey: http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/ds-ill.html

If concerned then omit using it. Comfrey root in the purchased bulk formula may be why the button refers to a German site. Don't know.

Yet another thing to keep in mind, if an herb causes an adverse reaction stop taking them as it might not agree with you. You may have some discomfort as herbs are cleansing, but if you experience severe pain or excessively loose stools, just be careful. Some loose stools may mean bowel cleansing from the herbs and in fact in TCM is encouraged, but then I have someone to monitor my pulse and make sure it is not excessive. Loose stools for long periods, as excessive diuretic action in the body may cause electrolyte imbalance. If there is no outside help then if trialing herbs suggest caution.

best,

tcm
