High doses of Praziquantel helped quite a bit. However, it seems that you need to stay on the meds for some time at very high doses. My supplier ran out and after the sweets of christmas holidays, getting off of my cleaning schedule, I am having a small relaps. a few black specks , a little itching, the shiny things, and of course the black hair cacoons. I find nothing on a "citrimax" as a antibiotic anywhere on the web. It is a weight loss herbal supliment.
