Many folks with low blood pressure may have thyroid disease. Though of course not all with low blood pressure will have thyroid disease. Something else to keep in mind is adrenal function. Sometimes the conditions are borderline, but worth having checked out especially if body temperatures consistently run below 98.2 during the day. Just a thought.
