with us trying so many different things we forget about some of the basics. I bought test strips months ago and checked my ph balance and it was fine. I am having prickly itching on top of my feet? feels like I walked in star thistle. I checked my ph balance after reading your site and I am acid ph now. This site is great because it lists the foods I need to eat to make my ph more alkaline. I hope you are doing well, and always enjoy the sites you share.
