Heres a vege dish I throw together when Im tired and dont feel like cooking........im not an exact measurment person so hope it comes out ok for you! :P
Friskis green beans and carrots
3/4 bowl of fozed organic green beans
cut up one small organic carrot,thinly sliced, add to bowl
microwave for 3 or 4 minutes (or better yet boil on stove w water till done, but thats more work

(drain)
add a few drops Braggs liquid aminos to taste (like soy sause)
add organic earth balance (like butter or margerine) to taste
Salt to taste
add a small handfull of raw sunflower seeds
Chow down !

Heres another lazy friski dish i like to call healthy desert....
bowl of plain unsweetened yogurt
stevia to taste for sweetness
lil vanilla
handful of unsweetened coconut
a few organic frozen rasberrys or fresh is even better
top w/sliced almonds
close your eyes and tell yourself its a healthy no crust cheesecake......yeah right

but its tasty!! :P
