Linda yes, we did just that......contacted one of the best....you would know which one if I mentioned the name.....I think everyone knows this group....

and after presenting them the case on a silver platter.....co-workers, place, time, you name it....after several weeks of their review we were told....

I am SORRY WE CANNOT REPRESENT YOU.....YOU have EXCEED your STATUE OF LIMITATIONS on this matter.....WHAT.....

my husband was never told these were a danger to his health.....in fact there were NO SAFETY PROCEDURES in place for the mechanical technicians working on the equpment necessary for these organims.....in fact out working around these open pits with the blowers running and a mist in the air all the time.....NO PROTECTIVE GEAR ON.....WHAT WERE THEY THINKING......

and we told them there was no way until last year that we could have made the connection.....after media information allowed us to connect the dots......that was the hardest thing was doing our own people research to find out how infectious this was and when we came to the co-workers from the wastewater treatment plants every co-worker was sickened with Morgellons symptoms and other family members......it didn't take rocket science to peice it all together and then one co-worker died from unexpleained liver failure about 4 years after exposure......my husband was near death 5 years after exposure.....liver counts shooting off the charts.....I have had liver counts shooting off the charts in fact that was one of my first symptoms my lesions didn't start until about 1 1/2 years after my liver counts were shooting off the charts......and down hill ever since then....

I even contacted this particular law firm several times after with new information begging for their reconsideration and was told to stop contacting them as they were never going to represent us but Good Luck....

Why then are employees exposed to Asbestos not having this so called Statue of Limitations......and other occupational hazards don't have the Statue of Limitations......but Morgellons infected do.....

Ask the Government......THEY KNOW.....
