Water in the attic so it would come into the apt when it rained.

Always had bottled water to drink, but cooked and bathed in city water.

My apt faced the East had a huge tree in front blocking any little sun to dry out the wood which was rotting away

Had a small business where I built primitive furniture out of pine and barnwood.

None now, I had a cat at onset and he became sick with unknown disorders and died.

I haven't traveled since I was a lot younger.

Had a vegable garden.

not much now, but I love crafts, flea markets, garage sales, swimming, step aerobics, reading, learning new things.

Not for a long time.

Before I had tachycardia and mitri valve prolaspe. Since the disease, I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, shingles, folicilitis, possible scabies, arthritis, borderline sugar imbalance, low b12, "siezures", doctor said jokingly, I was a mess. I say I had a systemic disorder.

Tenormin,Ativan,Bactrim DS, Advil

No coffee, but I do drink pop

Yes
20. What part of your body did the lesions start?
My back, the right arm, mostly was contained to the right side, but now all over.
21. Is there any area that they are most prevalent? If so, where?
scalp definitely and upper arms and back
22. Is one side of your body/face more affected than the other (i.e.: left vs. right)?
As stated above, definitely right but now both
23. Please list your current symptoms (brain fog? vision disturbances? fatigue? nausea? weight loss/gain etc?)
fatigue,skin sores, fibers, other odd things come out of skin, pin pricks, weight gain in the beginning, low grade fever, diminished mental capacity (recall, short term, decision making, confusion, comprehension) vision going downhill, hair is getting thinner, vomiting, stomach pain, cysts on parts of body that get larger and smaller. Just to many to list them all 
24. What did other doctors diagnose you with (i.e.: folleculitis? Scabies? DOP - delusional parasitosis)?
fibromalgia, Chronic fatigue, scabies, folliculitis, shingles, dementia, then psychotic or depression. The emergency room doctors never knew what I had, at least that was honest.
