Re: Fibers around the House Lisa I, too, feel that this stuff is no longer viable to survive once it is outside the body. Since I caught mine after eating fish, it is possible that this stuff would be more likely to be passed on if it were in water and some sort of sea or fresh water creature ate it. Or if someone dropped these parasites into moist food which was eaten right away by someone else. May be possible. All parasites I know of need some sort of moisture to survive. As it is I do not like to fix food outside my family and even then gloves are probably a good idea. It is hard to cook, so I keep it simple.
At any rate, symptoms in my case are lessening over time, and the critters are not as abundant. I keep using herbs which helps to remove this problem systemically. There have been nests of this stuff in my skin, mostly toes and one arm when it started, which means that it is treated with strong herbal salves externally. Always gets down to a central worm like thing. Then it is suffocated until it dies. That area of skin then clears up. It is a slow process, but it is working. I do think there are these larger worms down under the skin which some here also seem to notice and others do not mention. I think these larger worms have to be eliminated for improvement of skin condition. Also I am not sure whether they also get into organs as well--that is why I have been using herbs big time as well as using parasite cleanses for colon/kidneys/gall bladder (not all at the same time of course).
I am thinking my next step may be colonics to get critters which are more deeply imbedded. I am sure that there are some. All parasites cling to the large intestine in some way until they are eliminated.
Another thing, I have stopped eating all pork. Some folks have told me that pork parasites can be found to move even after the pork is cooked. I do not think pork causes morgellons, but I do not think my body needs to fight additional parasites that could be in pork. Two religions ban pork, and I feel it was based on observation, much as traditional Chinese medicine is based on observation.
